Workshops Cath’artistes
“Art does not reproduce what we see; rather, it makes us see.” – Paul Klee
‘Ateliers Cath-Artist’ because allowing yourself to be carried away by a creative activity:
- is to give time to yourself, time to be yourself
- it gives you access to your inner world, and allows you to explore your fuzzy zones
- it can be a space for sharing with oneself and with others

My creative expression workshops use drawing, painting, collage, writing, photography… to explore and express emotions, to relieve stress, to discover oneself, … to feel good.
These workshops, for adults or children, take place in small groups of 3-5, in a caring, non-judgmental environment. No particular artistic talent is required.
Materials are provided.
CCathartic: having a liberating, purifying function.
“Art is unquestionably one of the purest and highest elements in human happiness. It trains the mind through the eye, and the eye through the mind...” – John Lubbock
“Art can permeate the deepest parts of us, where no words exist.” – Eileen Miller

At each workshop, we will “tire la chevilette” together to explore, liberate and discover… through creative activities. Above all, we’ll have fun and enjoy ourselves.

ECAP – focusing on learning
This workshop will give you the tools you need to settle into your own unique, relaxed and stress-free rhythm, a rhythm that allows for optimal learning.
We’ll learn this little movement routine together through creative and dynamic activities. Everyone will then have this tool that they can use without limit in their daily lives.
‘Everyone’s needs and abilities are different, and although we often mistakenly confuse intelligence with speed, the search for a quick answer prevents some learners from adjusting their thoughts to the natural rhythm of their motor skills’. – P. Dennison
This workshop is a prerequisite for the other workshops.

‘Our personal space is our immediate environment, surrounding our body. Experiencing the limits of this space with confidence allows us to feel safe, to respect the space of others and to know how to assess the appropriateness of taking risks. From this space, it is possible to let thoughts and sensations emanate and to express oneself.’ P. Dennison

Brain Gym® in your school
Brain Gym® for learning at school
The growing number of children experiencing difficulties in their learning experiences at school has led me to look for ways to help them rediscover the pleasure of learning.
I don’t have a magic wand, nor do I claim to be able to cure anyone. However, with BrainGym®, we learn movements together and create routines that put each individual back in control. The aim is not to add another activity to an already busy schedule, but to provide a way of getting started and refocusing during the day. The aim is that, little by little, each child will find the movements that suit them in different situations and become independent in their use.
As a BrainGym® facilitator, I offer to come to your school to share this tool with your teachers, children and parents. I can tailor my intervention to suit your situation.
